My name is Kateri. My love for health and fitness started young. My parents said I never even learned to walk, I just stood on my feet one day and started running. I've never stopped! I have played and tried so many different sports and fitness styles through out my life from sports like Lacrosse, Basketball, Tennis, Swimming, and Snowboarding to more traditional styles like Weight Lifting, power lifting, and circuit training. I've also trained in several martials arts including, Tai Kwon Do, Karate, UFMA, Jiu Jitsu, and Boxing.

 

Lifting, Lacrosse, and Martials Arts are three of my greatest passions. I have been lifting since I was 14 thanks to sports and have stuck with it ever since. I played lacrosse through college, where I was lucky enough to play on a National Championship team. In Martial Arts, I have been studying for over 20 years and love to learn new styles.

 

Fitness and Health has been a part of my life for so long and now, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn that passion into a thriving profession. As a NASM certified trainer, I guide my clients towards a healthier lifestyle, improving workout performance and reducing injury risk, using professionally tried and true techniques while adding some of the unique training elements I've learned from my own experiences.
