Kateri is NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and USA Boxing Coach.
Her background includes over 20 years in several sports including lacrosse, basketball, swimming, tennis, snowboarding, and martial arts as well as over 12 years of weight lifting, power lifting, and circuit training experience.

She utilizes her extensive background and experience to create unique training plans that meet the needs and goals of each and every client! Ensuring they not only achieve results but stay engaged and enjoy the process!
